Experience working with NGOs or community-based programs is an advantage

Work directly with communities to design and implement development projects

Support community-led initiatives that promote sustainability and inclusion

Build and strengthen local capacities through training and mentorship

Monitor project progress and report on outcomes and impact

Collaborate with local leaders, partners, and stakeholders
Additional Requirements
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Education, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution

Additional training or certification in humanitarian work, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or sustainable development is an added advantage
-
Relevant coursework or practical experience in community-based development approaches is desirable
