MEAL’s emergency response interventions are designed to provide rapid and lifesaving assistance to communities affected by conflict, drought, floods, or disease outbreaks.
Key Activities:
- Emergency food distribution and nutrition support.
- Provision of temporary shelter and essential non-food items.
- WASH support during crises, including emergency water trucking.
- Health outreach and medical services through mobile clinics.
- Conditional and unconditional cash assistance for vulnerable households.
- Psychosocial support to affected individuals and families.
Objective:
To save lives, reduce suffering, and restore dignity during humanitarian emergencies through rapid and coordinated response mechanisms.
