Economic Empowerment and Livelihood Recovery
Overview:
MEAL works to restore and enhance the livelihoods of vulnerable communities, particularly those recovering from conflict and displacement. Our goal is to reduce aid dependency by empowering people with the tools, skills, and resources needed for sustainable income generation.
Key Activities:
- Vocational and skills training programs for youth and women.
- Microfinance and small business support initiatives.
- Agricultural and livestock restocking and capacity building.
- Cash-for-work and asset creation programs to promote community resilience.
